작가노트

 이 공간은 작가가 만든 작은 유토피아이다. 핑크색 공간은 작가의 상상으로 그려졌다. 핑크색은 현대사회를 살아가는 근대인의 갈망을 나타낸다. 리퀴드 모더니티(Liquid Modernity)는 현재 진행 중이며, 빠르게 변화되는 개인에 초점을 두고 있다. 그래서 작품 속에는 사람이 등장하지 않는다. 관람자가 1인칭 시점으로 작품을 볼 수 있게 하여 온전한 파라다이스의 관찰을 할 수 있게 하였다.

  또한 이상적인 파라다이스를 생성하는데 있어서 색감이 중요한데, 작가는 비렌의 색채조화를 이용하여, 안정적인 색감을 표현하고 있다. 편안한 느낌을 주기 위해 흰색과 순색(color)을 섞어 눈에 자극적이지 않은 명색조(Tint)로 만들어 작품을 그려내어 작가만의 낙원을 재해석 하고 있다.

 The space from Paradise is a small Utopia, the artist created. This Pink space was drawn with her imagination, which symbolizes the desire of the moderns living in contemporary society. Liquid Modernity is currently in progress, and both Liquid Modernity and this painting focus on individuals changing rapidly. Thus as can be seen there is no man in Paradise 2. Having to have the audience to observe her work in the first-person perspective, she allows them to experience a perfect paradise she created.

 The usage of right colour is quite important in order to build ideal paradise. With inspiration of Birren’s colour harmony, she expresses her works with the stabled and harmonized colour palette.

 To evoke peaceful sense in the viewer she mixes white to colours. Resistance of using bold and vivid colours on her paintings, she creates Tint that relaxes the ones eyes, and designs her very own paradise.
